Ramen ingredients:
Egg white
Zucchini
Baby corn
Leek
Ramen

Baked brown mushrooms with egg yolk – baked under 250 degree celcius for 15 – 20 minutes (just wanted to make sure the yolk is not runny)

1. Steamed chicken drumsticks with yu chok, red dates, wolf berries, rice wine – for me and hubby

2. Steamed threadfin with tofu, zucchini, tomato and brown mushroom – for girl

3. Stir fry mixed vegetables (garlic, dried shrimp, baby corn, Japanese cucumber, Leek)

4. Lotus root and black beans soup
