Self reminder and for parents of young children to take note:

Happy to know we are staying home for dinner on this Saturday night! So, quickly whipped out mee hoon kueh – a mixture of plain mee hoon kueh and coriander leaves mee hoon kueh, with leftover soup and butter head. Luckily I bought a small can of luncheon meat last week. So I fried it after coating with egg.
