Kuih Bom Pisang!


Thanks to Carole Choe for the recipe! Simply easy – no need make a purpose trip to get this from stalls anymore, and bet it is healthier too – as we choose what oil to fry, the kind and amount of sugar/salt added, etc!

Mine is a bit out of shape as I am one who doesn’t like to follow recipes by the exact amounts. So, I guess I put too little flour so it was difficult to shape!

Ingredients: Ripe banana, flour (I used cake flour), molasses sugar, seasalt, baking soda; fried in rice bran oil
