Lunch for 30m8d : Ramen soup with tofu and white pomfret

Have been rushing since morning – as we went to the wet market. Arrived home around 11am, so rush through to keep the groceries, bath and made lunch. She was hungry too as she didn’t take her normal brekkie (which is usually fruit yogurt) but took cream crackers, half bread and banana. She had another 2 bananas and banana yogurt popsicle while waiting for me to clean and cook.

My fish hunt today – here’s RM17

Simple lunch:
Leftover radish and mushrooms chicken soup
Ramen
Half white pomfret
Soft tofu

Put all to boil.

Girl’s – pan fried half white pomfret (covered with little corn flour) with vegetables sauce (tofu, broccoli, red pepper, sweet peas, leftover soup, corn flour water, garlic)

Hubby’s (amount good enough for his dinner and lunch box tomorrow)
1. Baked vegetables chicken breast – chicken breast marinated in seasalt, pepper and mirin sauce; fennel, tomato and celery – baked under 230 degree celcius for 20 minutes
2. Stir fry broccoli, red pepper and sweet peas

I made broccoli dough from the broccoli dough – probably going to have mee hoon kueh for dinner again.
