Sweet potato, carrot & pumpkin muffins for toddlers

Ingredients:
200g combination of steamed & mashed sweet potato, carrot & pumpkin
120g cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp molasses sugar
50g unsalted butter
2 eggs

Bake under preheated oven of 180 degree celcius for 15 – 20 minutes.

Snack for the day and weekend!
