Lunch ready


I have been busy in the kitchen cooking as today hubby is off and we are going to watch the minion movie after lunch.

1. Steam chicken rice (chicken marinated in cherry tomatoes, ginger, sesame oil) – other ingredients: Chinese sausage, shiitake mushrooms, garlic, topped with shallots

The amount can cover for dinner too.

2. Sweet potato leaves with garlic and dried shrimp
