Rice cooker stew egg tofu with minced pork and vegetables

Ingredients:
Rice bran oil
Lean pork marinated in cherry tomatoes, pepper and tapioca starch
Egg tofu
Green zucchini
Shiitake mushroom
Water chestnut
Cherry tomatoes
Leftover soup
Tapioca starch

Now I know why Pauline Teh enjoys using her rice cooker to cook! It was really less splashing and mess! Lol!
