Lean pork marinated in cherry tomatoes, pepper and tapioca starch
Pre fried the meat and egg tofu
This was the pork and tofu after frying, I cut the pork into smaller pieces
Then only cook the gravy
My girl’s lunch box today – served with yesterday’s yam and carrot rice with dried shrimp
Now I know why Pauline Teh enjoys using her rice cooker to cook! It was really less splashing and mess! Lol!
