Since my girl will be having her stew vegetables tofu

Hubby’s Kam heong chicken (non spicy kind):
Chicken boobie marinated in egg, dark soy sauce and pepper for 4 hours – lightly pan fried
Rice bran oil
Onion
Dried shrimp
Curry leaves
Tomato
Dried chilli
Water
Dark soy sauce
Alagappa curry powder
Cashew nuts

Mine is Kam heong brinjal with minced pork (spicy):
Rice bran oil
Onion
Dried shrimp
Curry leaves
Chilli padi
Dried chilli
Water
Dark soy sauce
Alagappa curry powder
Stirred fry minced pork with shiitake mushrooms (leftover)
Brinjal

Side will be blanched sawi in leftover soup!
