Steamed sweet and sour sauce prawns with long beans


I don’t have to cook for hubby as there’s leftover oyster sauce chicken while girl’s having vegetables dhall. So, I just steam some prawns, which my hubby doesn’t eat. I am using mama Carole Choe’s homemade sweet and sour sauce, which she passed to me during my play date with Vanessa Lau’s sons play date with my girl.

I just peel the body prawns shelves and cut some long beans. Squeeze some lemon juice and put some chilli padi. Steam for 5 minutes before adding the sauce and steam another 5 minutes. Taste superb!
