Pizza from scratch for lunch today

Girl’s is cheesy vegetables pizza while mine with added ham and sausages.

Pizza dough – all purpose flour, bread flour, instant yeast, sea salt, molasses sugar, water (no exact measurements)

Rest one hour before shaping and then rest 30 minutes before putting on sauce and toppings

Sauce – puree steamed pumpkin, steamed carrot, steamed tomato, papaya

Other ingredients: button mushroom, yellow zucchini, gala apple, coon extra tasty cheese, mine – ham & sausage

Bake under 250 degrees for 15 minutes
