Dinner for hubby done: Steam Yong tau fu


This is without fish paste but just minced pork (marinated in sesame oil, kikkoman sauce and cornflour), shredded carrot and shredded zucchini.

Stuffed into firm tofu, napa cabbage and to fu pok.

I will steam these for 15 minutes before he comes home later in the evening.

We will be having old cucumber chicken soup too. I will be cooking something else for my girl’s dinner.

Some extra meat, I rolled with salted beancurd skin for my own lunch, steamed 15 minutes
