Thanks Samantha Loke for sharing with me this recipe. I further improvised it actually by adding raisins and turmeric powder.
200g white grain rice, soaked
50g farmers union Greek style natural yogurt
1 cinnamon stick
2 anise star
9 cardamom pods
Pinch of seasalt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 small box sunmaid raisins
Press ‘cook’ on rice cooker.
1. Stir fry long beans and napa cabbage with chicken boobies and dried shrimp
2. Pan fried beef (bought this from Jusco supermarket yesterday, marinated beef, this portion was going out 50%, so I paid rm5 for it)
