Steamed cocoa cake


Cook under stove:
200g unsalted butter
Half cup of molasses sugar (you can use one cup or other sugar, this sugar level just nice for us)
1 cup fresh milk
4 tbsp sweetened creamer (you can use half cup)
1 cup cocoa powder

Let the mixture cool down before adding three beaten eggs.

Then sift in 1 1/4 cup cake flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/8 tsp baking soda. Fold the flour in.

Under high heat, steam for an hour.

Cool down before cutting.
