Pumpkin pau


Wanted to make pau but after preparing almost everything, realised that I had not enough pau flour. So, I mixed the flour and it came out alright!

150g steamed and mashed pumpkin
200g Hong Kong pau flour
60g all purpose flour
80g cake flour
3 tbsp molasses sugar
1 tbsp pura low fat milk
2 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp grape seed oil

Mix and knead. Rest for an hour. Shape it and rest for another 40 minutes. Under high heat, steam for 12 minutes.
