Healthy version roti pisang for my 28m19d

Thanks to Nilofer Motani ‘s idea of using chapati style roti pisang, which is much healthier.

Dough ingredients without specific amounts:
Atta flour (Google if you aren’t sure what flour is this)
Farmers union Greek style natural yogurt (small portion)
Olive oil (small portion)
Water

Mix everything except water. Add water bit by bit and knead to form dough. If too wet, add more flour. Leave it aside for at least one hour.

When forming into roti shape – I pour some virgin coconut oil into it – so that it is less sticky. Then cut the banana onto the flatten dough before closing it to form a square roti. In a heated pan, pour some virgin coconut oil and pan fried the roti both sides.
