Double boiled pork with water chestnut and shiitake mushroom

1. Brown ‘pork marinated in sesame oil and pepper’ in oil, pepper seeds, star anise and molasses sugar
2. Put the browned ingredients in ceramic pot with water chestnut, shiitake mushroom and potato.
3. Under ‘meat, cook for 30 minutes

Vegetable is stir fry cauliflower with shiitake mushroom

Double boiled vegetables soup with udon & miso for 28m7d

Double boiled vegetables soup selection – tomato, celery and water chestnut
Time: 30 minutes, under steam

After done, pour into a pot on stove, add half tsp miso paste and half packet udon.
She walloped all.

*I had leftover assam chicken with yee mee, added a bit more tamarind juice to the boil.
