Double boiled Chinese cabbage pork & stir fry French beans with sweet peas

I am collecting some double boiled recipes. So, experimenting and jotting down now.

Double boiled Chinese cabbage pork
– pork marinated with sesame oil and pepper
– Chinese cabbage
– half bulb garlic
– fried shallots
– one cup water
Under ‘meat’ function, 30 minutes
(sliced the pork after it is done)

Stir fry French beans and sweet peas – garlic, French beans, sweet peas, soup

Soup of the day – Papaya chicken soup

Hubby had lunch with us today. So, one big pot celery mee hoon kueh in papaya chicken soup – top up with fu chok and bok choy
