1. Tamarind pork & onion sambal
-blended ingredients: Fresh chillis, fresh turmeric, ginger, garlic, onion, tomato
– others: Lean pork, onions, curry leaves, tamarind juice, lime juice, whipped cream, molasses sugar, lime juice

2. Vegetable curry
– blended ingredients: Fresh chillis, fresh turmeric, onion, garlic, farmers Union Greek Style Natural Yogurt, tomato, vegetarian curry powder
– others: ladies finger, brinjal, potato, carrot, cabbage, tau pok, water, tamarind juice, curry leaves, bottle gourd

3. Steamed virgin coconut oil rice – white grain rice, pandan leaves, Kafir leaves, ginger, pinch of sea salt (steam 20 minutes)

4. Telur goreng for hubby
