Eggless soft cranberries buns

100ml water
1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
20g unsalted butter
2 tbsp molasses sugar
2 tbsp whipped cream
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp raw flax seeds
1 tbsp Farmers Union Greek Style Natural Yogurt
200g bread flour
30g cake flour
50g dried cranberries

Knead using bread maker for 30-40 minutes, then rest for an hour. Then shape into smaller buns and rest for another 30 minutes. Under preheated oven of 170 degree celcius, bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
