Steam Chinese cabbage pork rolls


I learn this from another mummies’ group! I just changed the pork marinates.

Pork ingredients:
Minced pork
Spring onion
Water chestnut
Enoki mushrooms

Long cabbage, let it simmer in hot water for a minute so that it softens and can be rolled.

After rolling the marinated pork in the slightly simmered cabbage, steam it for 10-15 minutes depending on how soft you want the cabbage.
