1. Vegetable soup: water chestnut, tomato, celery, shiitake mushroom (this will be for lunch, will probably add half tsp miso paste and serve with udon)
2. Steamed carrot & baby corn rice: browned ingredients – olive oil, garlic, shiitake mushroom, carrot, baby corn, celery, white grain rice
3. Apple and barley drink – apple, barley, honey dates, blue dates (lam joo)
Actually I bought a salmon to pan fried for her. However, yesterday it seems like her eczema flared up. I am not pretty sure if it was caused by the Spanish Mackerel (due to mercury level) or the environmental factors (she went to the playland on her playdate). Though I Google and found that Salmon is one of the safe fish to consume, I will hold on my plan and let her go on vegetarian today.
