Double boiled black pepper chicken

Dinner tonight:

1. Double boiled black pepper chicken
– homemade black pepper sauce – sauté onions in olive oil, added black pepper, white pepper seeds and coriander seeds, then some soup stock, let it brew for 10 minutes and then add cornflour water
– half chicken marinated with orange juice
– celery
– bunapi mushrooms
– Put everything in double boiler, under meat, timing – 35 minutes

2. Stir fry sawi bunga with some leftover Japanese cucumber from making maki

3. Carrot rice – olive oil, garlic, shredded carrot, fresh turmeric, curry leaves
