Double boiled pumpkin pork

Dinner tonight:

1. Double boiled pumpkin pork
– pork marinated in sesame oil and pepper
– pumpkin
– carrot
– tomato
– onion
– olive oil
– some water

Browned ingredients before putting into double boiler. Under meat mode, timing is 25 minutes and kept to ‘warm’.

3. Steamed tofu with shiitake mushroom, Chinese sausage and onion toppings (remainder from radish cake – https://17chipmunks.wordpress.com/2015/04/16/6-ingredients-radish-cake/)

4. Stir fry kailan with Enoki mushrooms and carrot
