100g spinach puree
200g bread flour
200g wholemeal flour
50g cake flour
30g skimmed milk powder
2 tsp instant yeast
2 tbsp molasses sugar
30ml water
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh farm natural yogurt
