Honey oat bread loaf for hubby!

10411783_10202878369353096_5569137683336758034_nWooohooo… Finally a gardenia-kinda texture bread & it is egg-less + butter-less + no preservative + no need scalded dough!

1 1/2 cup water
2 tsp instant yeast
1/2 tbsp molasses sugar
1 1/2 cup oats (I used Quacker instant oats)
-leave it aside for 10 minutes (for yeast to activate & oats to soften)
300g bread flour
100g wholemeal flour
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Olive oil

Mode: Basic
Weight : 2 llb
Crust : Light
Breadmaker : Cornell

*Only the side of the bread loaf crust was a little hard, otherwise perfect!
